Sumin

Sumin doesn't like mint choco.

Using "SsumD" as her DJ nickname, Sumin hosts a radio show, on KBS CoolFM's 89.1 'Station Z'. The program is called "Sumin's STAYZ".

Sumin has been friends with Rocket Punch's Suyun since they met as trainees in March of 2017. Sumin is just 4 days older, both are "rabbits", and they share the same MBTI (ISFJ).

Sumin is such a fan of Younha, that she humbly purchased tickets and went to Younha's fan meeting by herself, without telling anyone, and without the aid of STAYC's manager in getting her any preferential treatment. Her plan to blend in was foiled, however, when a fan recognized her. Younha thanked Sumin for her efforts with a signed album.

After only having seen a picture of her on social media, an agency's staff traveled all the way from Seoul to Sumin's hometown of Pohang to scout her. She auditioned in a karaoke bar near her home, where she sang 'Have A Drink' by Zia.
