1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yorisu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Yorisu.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Usernames may only be changed once every 30 days.

4. Community Guidelines & Content Rules

• Be respectful. Harassment, threats, hate speech, and discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, nationality, or religion are strictly prohibited.
• Do not share content that is sexually explicit, violent, or illegal.
• Do not impersonate other individuals or groups.
• All submitted data (idol profiles, pictures, articles) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Deliberately false information may be removed.
• Fan-edited or fan-made content must be clearly labeled as such.
• Do not spam, advertise unrelated services, or post repetitive content.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of original content you create on Yorisu (original articles, personal writing). By submitting content, you grant Yorisu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and share that content as part of the platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit, including images.

6. K-Pop Images & Copyright

Yorisu presents fan-sourced images of public figures for informational and fan community purposes. We respect intellectual property rights and will remove content upon valid copyright claims. If you are a rights holder and wish to submit a removal request, please contact us.

7. Yorisu Plus (Paid Subscription)

Yorisu Plus is a voluntary paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or negatively impact the community. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

9. Disclaimers

Yorisu is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of database information. Yorisu is a fan-operated community site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any K-Pop artists, companies, or labels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yorisu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site. By continuing to use Yorisu after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yorisu, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of Yorisu; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Yorisu that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), not in court. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court or to intellectual property disputes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
