TVXQ!

TVXQ! (known in Japan as Tohoshinki) is a South Korean male duo under SM Entertainment. Formed in 2003, the group originally debuted as a five-member act consisting of Jaejoong, Max Changmin, Yoochun, U-Know Yunho, and Junsu. They made their debut on December 26, 2003, performing “Hug” and “O Holy Night” during an SBS special featuring BoA and Britney Spears. Their first single, “Hug,” was officially released on January 14, 2004. In 2010, Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu departed following legal disputes with SM Entertainment and subsequently formed the trio JYJ. TVXQ! continued activities as a duo with U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin. On April 2, 2025, SM Entertainment announced that TVXQ! had renewed their contract with the agency, marking 22 years since their debut.
