Biography

Mina Sharon Myoi is a Japanese dancer and singer-songwriter under JYP Entertainment. She is best known as one of the main dancers of the sensational girl group TWICE. She is also a member of TWICE's Japanese subunit MISAMO. Born on March 24, 1997, in San Antonio, Texas, she moved to Kobe, Japan when she was a toddler. In 2013, Mina was scouted by a JYP Entertainment staff while shopping with her mother. She passed the JYP Japan Audition and moved to South Korea where she began her journey as an official idol trainee. After two years, she participated in the survival show SIXTEEN where she ranked fourth place, securing her spot in the group. She debuted in TWICE's sub-group, MISAMO, on July 26, 2023 with their first mini album, "Masterpiece."
