NOMAD (Need Our Microphone And Dances) is a five-member boy group under NOMAD Entertainment. The group consists of DOY, Sangha, ONE, RIVR, and Junho. They made their debut on February 28, 2024, with their 1st EP “NOMAD”. The meaning of their name "NOMAD" is an abbreviation of "Need Our Microphone And Dances" with confidence in bringing a microphone to dance seriously and enjoy the stage and a pledge to spread their musical spectrum. The name of the fandom, "BASE", signifies the concept of a "BASEcamp" for NOMAD. It embodies the desire to lead the way and guide NOMAD towards their destination, while also joining their journey to achieve their goals. On January 12, 2026, NOMAD Entertainment announced that NOMAD would suspend group activities following internal discussions and a comprehensive review of management circumstances. The decision was made after extended consultations with the members. The agency stated that the group will transition to individual member activities, with the company continuing to provide support for collaborations and related work as needed. The statement also included an apology to fans for the announcement and expressed gratitude for their continued support.
