P NATION is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency founded by singer and producer <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/PSY">PSY</a> on October 29, 2018, following his departure from <a href="https://kpopping.com/company/YG-Entertainment">YG Entertainment</a>. Officially unveiled via Instagram on January 23, 2019, the company quickly gained attention with the signing of notable artists, beginning with <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Jessi">Jessi</a>, followed by <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/HyunA">HyunA</a> and <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Dawn">E’Dawn</a> (DAWN). The label continued its rapid growth with the addition of artists such as <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Crush">Crush</a> (July 2019), <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Heize">Heize </a>(September 2020),<a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Penomeco"> Penomeco</a>, and <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Swings">Swings</a> (both in April 2021). In April 2019, telecommunications giant SK Telecom invested ₩5 billion KRW in the company, acquiring a 10% stake. P NATION launched its first global online audition in April 2020, promoting diversity by welcoming applicants of any nationality, race, gender, or age. In 2021, the label participated in the SBS survival show <a href="https://kpopping.com/survivalshow/2021-LOUD">LOUD</a>, forming its first boy group, which debuted as <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/TNX">TNX</a> (The New Six) on May 17, 2022. The agency has also experienced notable departures. Jessi, HyunA, and DAWN all left in 2022 following the expiration of their contracts, while <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/D-Ark">D.Ark</a> departed in 2021. In 2023, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Hwasa">Hwa Sa</a> joined the label, and in 2024, TNX’s <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Kyungjun">Kyung Jun</a> exited the agency after enlisting in the military.
