NH Media is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency founded in 1998. Over the years, the company has expanded its operations through several joint ventures. In 2013, NH Media partnered with Major Entertainment to form NH&MAJOR1998, a joint venture focused on managing actors and producing dramas and films. In 2014, NH Media collaborated with Nega Network to create Global H Media, initially established to manage the girl group LABOUM. Around 2015, due to Nega Network’s decreased activity, NH Media took over operational control of Global H Media. After several artist departures in 2021, including U-KISS leaving and LABOUM and Daily H Boys transferring to Interpark Music Plus, NH Media became largely inactive. Following the closure of Interpark Music Plus in 2022, the group TRENDZ returned to Global H Media, which currently functions as the primary business entity through which NH Media continues its activities. Because Global H Media lacks a distinct online presence and branding separate from NH Media, the two companies are closely intertwined and often considered as operating under one umbrella.
