MLD Entertainment (formerly Duble Kick Company) is a South Korean music agency. Founded in 2016, it is a subsidiary of <a href="https://kpopping.com/company/Duble-Kick-Entertainment">Duble Kick Entertainment</a>. In 2016, they hosted a survival show called <a href="https://kpopping.com/survivalshow/2016-Finding-Momoland">Finding MOMOLAND</a> and formed <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/MOMOLAND">MOMOLAND</a> with members, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Nancy">Nancy</a>, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Yeonwoo">Yeonwoo</a>, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Hyebin">Hyebin</a>, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Ahin">Ahin</a>, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Nayun">Nayun</a>, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/JooE">JooE</a> and <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/Jane">Jane</a>. In 2022, they collaborated with <a href="https://kpopping.com/company/ABS-CBN-Corporation">ABS-CBN</a> and KAMP Korea to form a survival show called "<a href="https://kpopping.com/survivalshow/2022-Dream-Maker">Dream Maker</a>" featuring 62 Filipino male trainees. The show debuted 2 groups, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/HORI7ON">HORI7ON</a> and <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/New-ID">New:ID</a>. In 2023, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/MOMOLAND">MOMOLAND</a> departed from the company. In 2024, <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/TFN">TFN</a> disbanded. As of 2025, MLD Entertainment has not released any official statement confirming permanent closure. However, the company has faced significant financial and operational difficulties, including reports of unpaid wages, staff resignations, and artists ending their contracts. While some groups remain under the label, MLD’s future activity appears uncertain.
