KZ Entertainment Inc. is a Japanese entertainment agency established on October 15, 2021, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo. The company operates under the leadership of Kwon Suk-joo and Jung Jae-wook (known as Z-UK), who serve as its operating managers. KZ Entertainment specializes in artist management, music production, and concert/event planning, with a focus on fostering cross-border activities between Japan and South Korea. While still a relatively young agency, it has expanded its influence in the Japanese idol market by handling promotional activities and live events for South Korean artists. The agency is best known for managing the Japanese promotions of the K-pop boy group WE:A, in partnership with their Korean label Madewell Music. Through this collaboration, KZ Entertainment coordinates Japanese releases, live events, and fan engagement platforms, while also supporting other solo artists in its roster.
