BigHit Music is a South Korean record label and music production company, operating as a subsidiary of HYBE Corporation. The label was established in March 2021 following the rebranding of Big Hit Entertainment into HYBE and the adoption of a multi-label system. While HYBE serves as the overarching corporation, BigHit Music functions as an independent entity under HYBE Labels, focusing exclusively on music production and artist management. The label’s roster includes internationally acclaimed boy group BTS, who debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment, as well as boy group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) and newcomer CORTIS. BigHit Music oversees all aspects of its artists’ careers, including music production, promotion, and global touring, while collaborating with HYBE’s other divisions for merchandising, fan engagement, and multimedia projects. Though it shares its name with the former parent company, BigHit Music is distinct from HYBE in its operations, serving as one of several labels, alongside Pledis Entertainment, Source Music, KOZ Entertainment, and others, within the HYBE multi-label network.
