Amuse Entertainment Co., Ltd. is the South Korean subsidiary of Japan’s Amuse Inc., a multidisciplinary entertainment company founded on the belief of sharing joy and emotion through quality entertainment. Established in 2000 as a base for cultural exchange between Korea and Japan, Amuse Entertainment Korea has contributed to the growth of Korean cultural content by investing in, producing, and distributing numerous films and dramas, including Shiri (1999), Joint Security Area (2000), My Lovely Sam Soon (2005), and Coffee Prince (2007). Since 2020, the company has reorganized its business model with a stronger focus on global entertainment. Its activities now include artist discovery and management, concert planning and production, music production and distribution, and investment in Korean cultural content. In addition, Amuse Korea is developing an intellectual property (IP) planning and development business in collaboration with leading Korean creatives across music, drama, and musical theater. The company currently manages artists such as <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/idol/L-IP">L.IP</a> (formerly Shin of <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/Cross-Gene">CROSS GENE</a>) and, in August 2025, debuted the band <a href="https://kpopping.com/profiles/group/LIPSTICKERZ">LIPSTICKERZ</a> with their first full album VESSEL. Distribution of the group’s music is handled by Kakao Entertainment.
